Feedlot

We firmly believe that in order to produce an outstanding product, you should start with only the best quality animals. In order for us to achieve this, the Diamond "L" management visits each prospective feedlot before aquiring animals from them.

In such a visit the following will be assessed:     → The general code of practise of the supplier.     → The facilities and handling of the animals.     → Animal welfare.     → The general condition of the animals.     → The degree of compliance to carcass specifications.     → Stimulant free feed.   As a result of this strict assessment process, we achieve a slaughter yield of specification A2/3 carcassess of 70-80% on average from suppliers.
